McDonald's in Hennef

Great MC Donald's quick service on the MC Drive, everything was done in two minutes and for the inconvenience I got a free strawberry ? shake. I can only recommend. Friendly service.

Today I bought 2 Bigmäc per drive in. You can also pay in cash here. Despite Corona, it went super fast. I'll be back.

I cannot understand all of the negative recessions. I've been there several times, but only on the drive. I always got all the food there in full and of good quality. of course, depending on the time, I had to stop at the drive parking lot until my order was ready. But everything went quickly and the staff were friendly. Thumbs up to the team.

Ordered in advance with the mobile phone app and then picked up at the drive-in counter. Fast and Safe!

There's always room for improvement. The staff is actually always friendly and courteous. Of course, they also have a bad day or are stressed, but so far I have been able to exchange everything without any problems or have received missing products quickly. The cleanliness in the restaurant itself could still be worked on. Especially at peak times it is usually quite dirty and the tray trolleys are overcrowded. But even here you only have to speak to someone briefly and the problem will be fixed.

One star too many ... At times, the staff is unable to place orders properly. Something is always missing. Well, at least the fries weren't cold today. Not to be recommended. Pity!

I only go to McBrech when I need a coffee on the way. But only with McCafe. I don't eat the other stuff anymore.

In general the restaurant was always ok. On the last visit, however, there was a lot of trouble. The burger was lukewarm and the hygiene concept in my opinion. insufficient. The tables were not disinfected after people left. You should only disinfect your hands at the entrance.

The place where five year old (!) Children are sent outside ALONE to wait because they don't wear a mask. The fact that there is a sign outside on the door explicitly pointing out that masks must be worn from 6 years of age, as has been ordered across Germany for months, has probably not yet arrived inside. Incomprehensible.

McDonalds always delicious. Service excellent, above all, everyone makes an effort to implement the corona restrictions as hospitably as possible. 5 stars ? ☺

Well, I've been going to this McDonald's for a few years now and it's getting worse and worse every time. Orders are not being processed properly or the order is cold. Just today I wanted 2 MCFlurry with lion and pickup with sauce and 2 milkshakes (vanilla with lipton and a strawberry. And what do I get 2 cups with ice cream without sauce and a bit of pickup But the best thing was that we didn't get milk skakes but ice cream with sauce. I don't know if you employees only had to sing and clap at school, but it will probably be possible to read an order correctly. Then I'd rather go to Burger King.

Just tried to order a coupon from the official McDonalds app. Unfortunately, four employees were completely overwhelmed by this. Reason from an employee: I don't know anything about it because I don't eat at McDonalds privately. I have accepted this advice and have just got my meal at Burgerking quickly and easily. I don't go to Mc Donalds often, but because of a friend I have been to the drive in the last few weeks, at weekends at night and every time the burgers were not really warm. Last night, I ordered a big tasty with farm potatoes. While the farm potatoes were really hot, the burger was almost cold and we had to wait an unusually long time each time, even though it was not very busy. There was also no receipt. Is on the best way to emulate the little mc Donalds at the hennef train station in the negative sense, because you often got old or cold orders. I last ate in the branch about 4 months ago, and I also noticed the often criticized lack of cleanliness at the customer tables. In terms of service and freshness, I have had good experiences in the branch in Sankt Augustin so far, but why should I accept a much more complex route due to poor and not implemented standards in the branches ?? !! All in all, I noticed that all the fast food restaurants in Hennef are slowing down.

Unfortunately, there are often long waiting times, especially at the drive-in. To be fair, at the moment there is a lot more drive in orders due to corona, but that was the case before corona. And you should definitely check your order after receiving it. Small mistakes often happen here, such as ketchup instead of mayo or a hamburger in a bag instead of cheeseburger. But I think that's human. If that works a little better, however, there is less waiting time and you have to complain less about your food.

Good McDonald’s, large food / beverage selection, lots of seating and a large outdoor area. Too bad there is no delivery service! Ordering via the terminals works very well and it is brought to the table. However, the employees could pay more attention to the cleanliness during peak hours!

From the outside, bought by drive-in, it makes a very good impression. However, when I was brought the paper cups with a drink, I was a little annoyed because there was far too little drink in the cup. Even the kids noticed that. The fun is too expensive for that.

Unfortunately I need to change my rating down. I was there few times in the last few weeks. The food and service quality has changed negatively. Long waiting time on drive in. Additionally they forget twice some of my orders. The food was cold on top. I hope they will review thir quality soon!
